Air units VT-915

Description

  • Top performing air unit with 101.000 m3/h as highest flow rate.
  • Axial flow propeller with variable and adjustable pitch, 10 duraluminium blades.
  • Channel width adjustable from 285mm to 325mm.
  • Gear box with aluminium case and helicoidal gear teeth, 2 speeds + neutral point.
  • Clutch with 3 shoes of smooth and progressive starting and stopping.
  • The air distribution between channels is 42% through A channel, 40,5% through B channel and 17,5% of the air which comes in from the low recoverer channel (called Turbo).
  • Blower housing made of stainless steel, 400mm wide, with aerodynamic spokes of air input/output of 75mm.
  • Protective grids on suction and expulsion exits according to ISO-EN rules.
  • Reinforced frame made of galvanized steel.

Advantages

  • The VT Ø915 air units incorporate the COMPACT FLOW system based on the action of the three channels A, B y C with adjustable exit width, proportional to the performance of the fan, which guides and divides the air flow propelled, preventing the upper fast air from bumping into the slow central one and avoiding in this way its self-destruction.
  • Thanks to this system, the performance increases between the 15 and 20% in comparison with a conventional group.
  • The C channel is fed by a low recoverer channel (called Turbo) and represents a 17,5% out of the total air the conventional air units waste, which increases the air flow.
  • The deflector in the suction of variable pitch generates a radial exit flow, with turbulence and symmetrical (50% right – 50% left), which prevents the leaves from compacting themselves, increasing significantly the penetration of the treatment.
